Green Croft Gardens Wolf and Gabriele Wesle Grindrod BC Green Croft Gardens is a certified organic farm since 1988 and located on 20 fertile acres bordering the Shuswap River. Back then "organic" and the public's awareness of "local" and environmental issues were far from what it is today. This led us to diversify into livestock, bedding plants, spelt, cut flowers, small fruits and vegetables. By trial and error we reduced our main activities to growing vegetables and small fruits. A menagerie of animals such as chickens, turkeys, sheep, goats and of course horses still play a small role on the farm. Most of our produce is sold at local farmers markets from Kelowna to Enderby and we cater to Wineries and restaurants committed to a local, seasonal menu.
