Recipe of the Month April, 2007 Radish-Cheese Salad
2 Bunches Radishes
Thinly slice Radishes and salt. Cut cheese into small cubes and slice the eggs. Make marinade with the remaining ingredients, add chives. Toss everything together and let rest in refrigerator for at least 15 min. and serve.
